These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites and services operated by Aerospace Career Transformation Bootcamp, LLC ("ACT", "Jointheact", "we", "us", or "our"), including https://jointheact.com, https://go.jointheact.com, https://login.jointheact.com, and https://link.jointheact.com (collectively, the "Sites").

By accessing or using the Sites, booking a session, submitting a form, or purchasing a product or membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may only use the Sites with involvement of a parent or guardian as required by law.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering or checking out.

4. Products, programs, and payments

Descriptions of courses, memberships, coaching, community access, and other offers are provided on the Sites. Prices and features may change. Paid purchases are processed by our payment providers. Refunds, if any, follow the refund policy stated at purchase or in program materials.

5. Sessions and scheduling

Paid or free strategy/coaching sessions are subject to availability. We may reschedule for operational reasons. No-shows may forfeit the booked slot per the booking confirmation terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Sites, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, violate law, or upload harmful content. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, curricula, and materials are owned by ACT or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use of purchased/enrolled materials. You may not redistribute or resell without written permission.

8. SMS and communications

If you consent, we may contact you by SMS/text and email about appointments, account info, products, support, and marketing. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS; START to resubscribe. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Disclaimers

The Sites and services are provided "as is." Career outcomes are not guaranteed. Educational and mentorship content is not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Sites or services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACT and its officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Sites or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Sites. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
